Our 50-minute Power Ride is a traditional indoor cycling class suitable for any level, especially fitting for road bikers or those just not into "dancing on your bike." These classes include hill climbs, sprinting, races, interval training and more, focusing on metrics such as RPM, power/watts and distance while listening to music to help power you up. Suitable for all levels.

Barre is a 50-minute, music-focused, whole-body workout inspired by dance, Pilates, yoga and strength training accessible for all skill levels - no dance training necessary! Improve posture, balance, strength, and flexibility while working muscles you didn't even know you had. This class utilizes the whole studio space, a dance barre, and minor equipment such as balls, light dumbbells and loop bands for a unique workout experience.

Slow Flow classes to help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Slow Flow classes are a combination of Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Flow yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga. We also incorporate a little more music volume with our Slow Flow to bring more energy to our practice. Perfect for all levels.
